VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT • CIVIC SOLIDARITY

BECOME A VOLUNTEER PILLAR IN OUR COMMUNITY

FITNESS BONNEVALAISE thrives entirely through the generous, unpaid dedication of local residents who volunteer their time to lead sessions, care for sports equipment, and support elderly neighbors. Joining our volunteer corps requires no professional fitness certifications—only empathy, reliability, and an enduring civic dedication to rural public health.
ⓘ Volunteer Integrity Notice: All volunteer activities are strictly unremunerated; all association resources are fully reinvested into the association's public interest missions.

Our mission is to foster an extraordinary culture of civic volunteerism, neighborly benevolence, and mutual community care that empowers ordinary citizens of Villiers-Saint-Orien, Bonneval, and surrounding rural hamlets to become active champions of collective wellness. We believe that true territorial vitality cannot be bought through commercial hiring, but must be built through the selfless contributions of local men and women who generously invest their skills, listening ears, and physical energy into their neighbors' health. By providing comprehensive training in group session animation, equipment maintenance, and compassionate senior accompaniment, our association unites passionate volunteers under a shared civic banner that breaks down generational divides, eliminates rural loneliness, and ensures that healthy physical movement remains an enduring, joyful, and welcoming community reality for all.

THE SACRED ETHOS OF UNREMUNERATED CIVIC ENGAGEMENT

In strict accordance with the French Law of July 1, 1901, every volunteer position at FITNESS BONNEVALAISE is unremunerated. We do not offer wages, performance bonuses, or disguised financial benefits. This clear boundary is what preserves our integrity and distinguishes us from private commercial gyms.

What we do offer our volunteers is profound and lasting: the opportunity to acquire certified sports animation skills (subsidized by the association through accredited training bodies), formal training in first-aid procedures (PSC1), meaningful friendships with neighbors across the canton, and the deep, priceless satisfaction of knowing your personal efforts directly improve the daily lives of local seniors, parents, and youth.
